April is coming up quickly, so I wanted to take some time to talk about my upcoming guest blogging project, #GBWritesWithOthers. This project, which was original inspired by the #GuestBloggerProject that Esther Hofknecht Curtis, MSM-HCA ran, is an effort to build a real, valuable blogging community and cross-sharing network of writers.
Some of the contributors are familiar to me, like the previously mentioned Esther, but the bulk of them I've never met in person. They are a diverse group and have been given no stipulations except a blanket statement "try not to openly offend."

I truly believe in the unique magic of crowd-sourced content from all levels of writers. Why? Because everyone should have a voice! I understand the need for writers to obtain a certain level of recognition from high-level writing institutions, but sometimes the simple act of participating has value. It helps with the development of self-confidence and establishes a line in the sand to measure your future gains from.
We've all written something that we look back on and notice faults in, but without the ability to see our weak points, how can we expect to get better? Everyone can and should endeavor to improve. There is always room for that.
